For us, Resilience is about moving beyond surviving to thriving. We should be honing the ability to seize opportunities that present themselves, as well as taking better care for ourselves and others, in all areas of life.
One key area of maintaining Resilience is the ability to set personal and professional boundaries, and keeping them sacred. There is no doubt life can be challenging, so if we don’t build in this essential space, unexpected events can throw your whole life off balance. Too many of us neglect to maintain healthy boundaries and treat ourselves with the kindness we need and deserve.
